Good Decades' commitment to making its health information, tools, and account experience usable by more people.

Updated August 16, 2026

Good Decades is working toward an experience that people can use across a wide range of abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies. This is an ongoing product requirement, not a one-time certification.

Our target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our design and engineering target. We aim for keyboard access, visible focus, semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive controls, sufficient contrast, text resizing and reflow, reduced-motion support, useful error messages, and alternatives for meaningful non-text content.

Current limitations

Good Decades is still being built and has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. Some older content, interactive charts, third-party merchant pages, or account workflows may not yet meet every target. An outside site linked from Good Decades is controlled by its operator.

We will not claim full conformance until testing supports that claim. We prioritize barriers that block access to health information, account security, privacy controls, and core tools.

Tell us about a barrier

Email [email protected] with:

  • the page address;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • what happened and what you expected; and
  • your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them.

Do not include private health information. We will acknowledge the report, investigate it, and offer a reasonable alternative where we can while a fix is in progress.

For general questions use the Contact page. For a factual health-content error, email [email protected] so it receives the appropriate priority.
