Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Good Decades website, web app, and related services that link to them (the Services). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who may use the Services

The public website is intended for a general adult audience. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to create an account. If you use the Services for another person, you must have authority to do so and must not enter their health information without their permission.

Education, not medical care

Good Decades provides general health education, planning tools, tracking, and product information. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and is not an emergency service. Read the Medical Disclaimer before acting on health information from the Services.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not wait for a reply from Good Decades.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

You may request an export or account deletion from the app’s Privacy screen. Deletion begins with a 14-day grace period during which you may cancel the request. Some limited records may remain where law, fraud prevention, security, or the establishment of legal claims requires it, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• attempt to access another account, bypass security, probe the Services without authorization, or interfere with their operation;
• upload malicious code or use automation that creates unreasonable load;
• scrape, copy, republish, or train a model on substantial portions of the Services except where applicable law permits it or we give written consent;
• use the Services to diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions for another person; or
• misrepresent Good Decades content, recommendations, authorship, or review.

We may investigate misuse and restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Good Decades, or the Services.

Content and intellectual property

The Services and their original text, design, software, illustrations, trademarks, and compilations belong to Good Decades or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of information and notes you submit. You give Good Decades permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that material only as needed to operate and improve the features you choose, subject to the Privacy Notice and your settings. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.

Product information and outside links

Some links lead to independent merchants or services. Good Decades may earn a commission from qualifying purchases, as explained in the Affiliate Disclosure. A commission does not change your price or our editorial standards.

Prices, availability, ingredients, labels, warranties, return policies, and merchant claims can change. Confirm important details with the seller or manufacturer before buying or using a product. Outside sites operate under their own terms and privacy notices; Good Decades does not control them.

Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We try to preserve your access to exports and deletion controls, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available. We may update these Terms. Material changes will receive reasonable advance notice when required; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as is and as available. Good Decades does not promise that content is error-free, complete, suitable for every person, or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Decades is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Services. Good Decades remains responsible where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, or injury caused by negligence.

Governing terms

Before commercial launch, Good Decades will add the operating entity, governing-law, venue, and legally required address appropriate to the markets it serves. These Terms do not reduce mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.
