Mobility

Mobility is the freedom you don’t notice until it narrows.

Joints stiffen, tissue tolerates less abuse, and balance quietly erodes — but the biggest driver of lost mobility after 40 isn’t age, it’s disuse. Ranges of motion you don’t visit stop being available. The floor you never sit on becomes a place you can’t get up from.

This hub covers keeping the hips, spine, shoulders and ankles usable, what actually improves balance (strength, mostly), walking as a serious tool rather than a consolation prize, and training around joint pain instead of waiting for it to disappear.
