Privacy Choices
How to access, correct, export, delete, or otherwise control information connected with Good Decades.
Updated August 16, 2026
You can use the controls below regardless of where you live. Additional rights may apply under the law where you are located. Good Decades does not discriminate against anyone for making a privacy request.
Account export and deletion
If you can sign in, open Privacy in the Good Decades app to request a copy of information tied to your profile or start account deletion. Account deletion has a 14-day grace period. Your account remains available during that time, and you can cancel before the period ends.
If you cannot sign in or do not have an account, email [email protected]. You do not need to create a new account to make a request.
Other requests
You may ask Good Decades to:
- confirm whether we process information about you;
- provide access to or a portable copy of that information;
- correct inaccurate account or health information;
- delete information;
- withdraw consent or stop future connected-data collection;
- identify third parties and affiliates that received your consumer health data;
- opt out of marketing; or
- review and appeal a decision on a previous request.
Email [email protected] with the request type and the email address associated with the service. Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, identity documents, passwords, or a full export in your first email. We will respond with a secure way to provide anything else genuinely needed.
Verification and authorized agents
We verify requests in proportion to their sensitivity. We may ask you to confirm control of an email address, sign in to an existing account, or provide limited additional information. We will never ask for your password.
An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable. We may ask for proof of authority and may verify the request directly with you unless the law provides otherwise.
Timing, appeals, and exceptions
We acknowledge and answer requests within the period required by applicable law. For many US state requests, the response period is 45 days, sometimes with a permitted extension. Mexico’s access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition rights and European or UK rights follow their applicable statutory periods.
If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain why unless the law prevents us from doing so. Reply to that decision with Appeal in the subject line to request review. If an appeal is denied, we will explain how to contact the relevant regulator when required.
Deletion can be limited where information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, completing a transaction you requested, or establishing legal claims. Backup deletion can take longer where law permits.
Newsletter and notifications
Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email to stop marketing email. In the app, health reminders, weekly reports, and product updates are separate settings; turning on one does not turn on the others. Essential account and security messages are not marketing and may still be sent while the account is active.
Browser-only Check-In data
Public Check-In answers are stored only in your browser. Good Decades cannot export or delete information it never receives. Use Delete my answers from this device on the result page or clear gooddecades.com site data in your browser.
Sale and targeted advertising
Good Decades does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. It does not use health information for advertising. There is currently no sale or targeted-advertising processing to opt out of. If this changes, this page will provide the required control before the practice begins.
